Helping moms eliminate their stress
▫️Home on autopilot with Effective Routines

▫️Easier mom life starts here!👇

✨ First things first—like + follow to grab the ✨ First things first—like + follow to grab the checklist!

✨ Then comment SUNDAY and I’ll DM it to you!

2 years ago when all four of my kids started school, my weeks felt like a never-ending scramble.

We’re talking:
• Lunches for four
• Outfits, homework, activities
• Sports schedules, dinners
• ALL the regular life things

By Monday morning, I already felt behind.

So I created a Sunday Reset Routine—8 small things I do in under 2 hours that prep our home and my brain for the week ahead.

Now?
We start the week calm, not chaotic.
My house feels lighter.
And I’m no longer stress-cleaning on Monday morning.

Need that kind of reset? I’ve got you.
✨ Comment SUNDAY and I’ll send the checklist straight to your DMs!
Here’s WHAT👇🏻 STOP making it a yes or no Here’s WHAT👇🏻

STOP making it a yes or no question.

Instead say “please come unload the dishes now please”.

Or: “please come start your laundry now please”

A yes or no question gives freedom to say “no”.

If you genuinely are ok with “no”, then carry on.

But if you are trying to tell your kids to come and do something and there is no option for “no”, “later” or “in a minute” you need to change how you say it.

Ready to stop feeling like Cinderella and start running your home like a TEAM?

Are you constantly the only one cleaning up messes and managing your home? While your kids claim they can’t help, or it slows you down, or whine so much it feels it’s not even worth it.

Here’s what you probably aren’t doing⬇️

➡️Your home is not set up to be functional. 🤯

➡️And you aren’t setting clear time expectations with a large visual clock for your kids.🤯

➡️You aren’t using the RIGHT language to create a teamwork family

➡️You aren’t teaching your kids how “SEE” the mess

These changes are a game changer for small kids.

I remember when I had newborn twins, plus a 3 yr old and 2 yr old at home.

My husband worked long hours and I would be home with four kids by myself all day.

I needed the “older” two to help me.

These changes made it was easy for my young 3 & 2 year old to be super helpful!

I then started using a large visual clock for when we did our Sunday Reset or doing cleanup after playing and it worked like magic.

I played fun music, was very clear in my expectation of what I needed from them, and gave them an understanding as to how long it would take.

Now, 7+ years later, my four kids have learned the value of having a “Teamwork is light work” family and I’m no longer Cinderella & Mommy is not doing everything.

Want the exact scripts & strategy I used to get my kids helping without the drama? 👇

I changed the way I asked… and EVERYTHING shifted.
✨ No more pushback
✨ No more nagging
✨ No more feeling like Cinderella

I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and honestly just tr I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and honestly just trying to survive each day with four little kids (including twins!).

I found myself lying on the ground crying after trying to put away folded towels in my linen closet.

I looked up, saw my home for what it was: chaotic, cluttered & messy, and decided right there in that moment I wasn’t living like this anymore.

I didn’t want perfection, just a home that didn’t steal all my energy and leave my crying in the ground, hating being a mom and blaming my kids 🥲 (True story)

And what it gave me? More than I ever expected.

Here’s what an autopilot home has bought us:

⚡️ A happier marriage, because the stress and chaos didn’t consume us anymore

⚡️ Peaceful mornings without yelling or rushing

⚡️ Hot coffee and rest on the weekends (no more binge-cleaning marathons)

⚡️ More time to be present with my kids—no more saying “not right now” while I play catch-up

⚡️ The freedom to leave the house on a whim (no 2-hour prep chaos!)

⚡️ Calmer, cleaner rooms that feel like a reset, not a project

⚡️ Kids who help because they’re taught how to & it’s easy cuz the house is functional and easy to manage

⚡️ Predictable rhythms & routines that make laundry, meals, and resets feel light, easier & takes HOURS less time

⚡️ Mental clarity, no more brain fog, mental load, or decision paralysis where I get nothing done in my day

⚡️ A confident, calm version of me my kids get to grow up with

⚡️ Feeling confident and able to host often. Some weeks hosting 4+ times and my house doesn’t spiral

⚡️ A home that serves our family instead of draining us

And it all started with a system. Effective routines. A better way to run the home.

If you’re tired of feeling like your house stresses you out and drains you, You’re not alone. And there is another way.

This may sounds extreme, but here’s what ACTUALL This may sounds extreme, but here’s what ACTUALLY caused my mom stress⬇️

But first comment “HOME” and follow @geniusmomhacks for more ways to eliminate your mom stress

So here’s the backstory, before I had the twins, I was a very overwhelmed mom of a baby & toddler (18 mo apart). My husband worked a lot and I felt stressed.

I was trying to put towels away with a baby on my hip and toddler at my feet, in an over stuffed linen closet I lost it. The towels fell to the ground and unraveled right in front of me. All that work completely wasted. I fell to the ground crying, overwhelmed, & angry.

I looked around my messy chaotic home, and realized it was my HOME that was causing me my overwhelm & stress and not my 2 young children like I thought.

I tried different things, like ruthless decluttering, reorganizing with fancy bins, and making huge long to do lists, but none of these things kept the mess away and worked. The mess came back.

UNTIL THIS!!⬇️⬇️⬇️

I added efficient routines & productivity tools to get my home on autopilot.

This one change was game changing💃

Routines are easier for our brain. They become autopilot, things we naturally know to do once you create the habits.
This is important as a busy mom because you will use less brain energy and these tasks will naturally get done with minimal effort.

Fast forward 8 years…
I now have four kids (including TWINS), all ten yrs old and under, busier then ever but …

I have:
✨Eliminated the overwhelm and stress plagued by most moms
✨ I Get HOURS of “me” time each week without having my kids sit on TV or devices
✨ Created a home I love that takes minutes to clean each day
✨ Escaped laundry prison and no longer have piles of laundry everywhere
✨ Have energy to be an active present mom even with toddlers and babies
✨ Get more done in less time

I created my Genius Home Hacks Guide to help other overwhelmed moms and now I wake up to DM’s like these every day🥰

Hi!!👋🏻 I’m Amy and I help moms eliminate their stress caused by the chaos of their homes with effective routines, productivity tools and setting your home up to be functional, over organized. AND, how to get kids to be team players so you can stop being Cinderella in your home 🙌🏻

Welcome! And I’m so glad you are here!!🫶🏻
I’m obsessed with these 7 things, and I know you I’m obsessed with these 7 things, and I know you will be too. 😉

Because here’s the deal, I used to feel like I cleaned all day but somehow still lived in chaos and got nothing done. I would look around my home and had nothing to show for my effort!

Can you relate? Is this you?

Now? I’ve eliminated my mom stress, my home feels like my personal sactuary, and my home runs on autopilot (even with 4 kids!) because I’m doing these things. Let’s dive in 👇🏼

	1.	OLAD (One Load a Day) — no more laundry mountains
	2.	Daily robot vacuum on a schedule
	3.	Starting the day with a 10-min visual sweep
	4.	Weekly Sunday Reset with kid-friendly zones
	5.	Evening closing routine (less mess for morning me)
	6.	Storing things where we use them (functional over organized)
	7.	Routines that literally run on autopilot

Hit that follow button and comment the word “HOME” and I’ll send you the link to Genius Home Hacks which is the exact guide that helped me create an easy-to-clean home in just 20 minutes a day.

Here’s what people have said about it 👀
“I’m only a week in and your home hacks are game-changing for me and my family!”
Listen, if you’re constantly cleaning while your Listen, if you’re constantly cleaning while your kids just watch… this one’s for you.

These 5 rules are the reason I’m no longer doing it all myself:

THE NON-NEGOTIABLE FIVE (creating team players in your home!)

	1.	NO MAYBES.
If you want your kids to help, stop asking & start giving clear direction. “Can you please come help me?” is a yes/no question. Use direct language and make it non-negotiable.

	2.	KEEP IT SIMPLE.
Color-coded chore charts? No thanks. A 20-minute room reset with music and a big visual timer? That works.

	3.	TEACH, THEN EXPECT.
Don’t assume your kids know how to help. Walk them through it (more than once). Expectation without training = frustration.

	4.	MAKE IT WORK FOR YOUR FAMILY.
My routines fit our rhythm. Stop trying to copy systems that don’t fit your life stage or energy levels.

	5.	THE 30-MINUTE RULE.
No more weekend clean-a-thons. I set a timer, we all help, and it’s DONE. Everyone contributes, no burnout for mom.

If you’ve been trying to carry the whole house on your back… stop. Let me show you how to build a teamwork family where everyone plays a role.
