1. I truly thought I was prepared and ready for mo

1. I truly thought I was prepared and ready for motherhood when we got pregnant with our first 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

2. I was blindsided when I became overwhelmingly stressed and started to blame my kids 2 years in to being a mom with a baby and a toddler.

3. It took me until my oldest was 2 Years old till I realized my stress was because of my chaotic home and not my kids. I was shook. 🤯

4. I realized years after having kids that I knew nothing about how to manage a home. And how debilitating that can feel.

5. I started hating being a mom and didn’t see an end in sight.

6. I never wanted a “large” family. But then we got pregnant with twins and I went from being a mom of 2, to a mom of 4. It was a lot.

7. Looking back, I was so thankful that I had spent years trying different things to eliminate the stress caused by my home.

8. I owe surviving 4 kids three and under with twins all to the game changing tools I learned during those years of drowning in my home. They became my life boat when the twins came.

9. But most importantly, I am proud that I get to help other moms who are in similar seasons that I once was, how to fast track to eliminate their stress caused by their homes faster. 🫶🏻

And if you would have had told me 5 years ago that I would be teaching other moms about how to eliminate their stress caused by the chaos of their home with effective routines, & producitivity tools to create a functional home on autopilot, I probably would have laughed.

But God!

Here’s the back story and a tidbit of what I shared today:

Before I had the twins, I was a very overwhelmed mom of a baby & toddler (18 mo apart). My husband worked a lot and I felt stressed.

One day when “trying” to put towels away with a baby on my hip and toddler at my feet, in an over stuffed linen closet I lost it. The towels fell to the ground and unraveled right in front of me. All that work completely wasted. I fell to the ground crying, overwhelmed, & angry.

I looked around my messy chaotic home, and realized it was my HOME that was causing me my overwhelm & stress and not my 2 young children like I thought.

I tried different things, like ruthless decluttering, reorganizing with fancy bins, and making huge long to do lists, but none of these things kept the mess away or worked for the long haul. The mess came back.

UNTIL THIS!!!⬇️⬇️⬇️

I added efficient routines & productivity tools to create an easy to clean & functional home on autopilot.

This one change was game changing💃

Routines are easier for our brain. They become autopilot, things we naturally know to do once you create the habits.
This is important as a busy mom because you will use less brain energy and these tasks will naturally get done with minimal effort.

Even with four kids (including twins), all three years old and under, I was able to:

✨Eliminate the overwhelm and stress plagued by most moms
✨ I Get HOURS of “me” time each week without having my kids sit on TV or devices

I was an overwhelmed and stressed mom and I wanted to enjoy my kids more. I was so tired of the chaos, the overwhelm, the “mom brain”, feeling like I was getting nothing done in my day…

I’m always shocked how simple but effective this one rule is.

I apply this to everything, even simple things like coffee mugs.
