Being stressed and overwhelmed as a busy SAHM to a baby &/or toddler is a thing the past! 🤯🙌🏻⬇️

If I was to start over having kids, this is the “Motherhood Playbook” I wish I had had.

If you are pregnant, worried about motherhood, want to be the most prepared, so you can enjoy being a mom and not drown and feel completely overwhelmed and stressed… start here!

This may sounds extreme, but getting my home on autopilot, eliminating my mom stress, and learning how to get HOURS of kid-free time with babies & toddlers at home, has been life changing for me as a busy mom of four kids, all close age gaps, with twins!

HERE’S HOW⬇️⬇️⬇️

So here’s the backstory, before I had the twins, I was a very overwhelmed mom of a baby & toddler (18 mo apart). My husband worked a lot and I felt stressed.

One day when “trying” to put towels away with a baby on my hip and toddler at my feet, in an over stuffed linen closet I lost it. The towels fell to the ground and unraveled right in front of me. All that work completely wasted. I fell to the ground crying, overwhelmed, & angry.

I looked around my messy chaotic home, and realized it was my HOME causing me my overwhelm & stress and not my 2 young children like I thought.

I lacked the correct TOOLS & strategies.

UNTIL THIS!!!

I added efficient ROUTINES, Independent Play for my active toddlers, & productivity tools to eliminate the stress, get my home on autopilot, and start thriving in motherhood.

These changes were game changing💃

Even with four kids, with twins and short age gaps, I was able to:

✨Eliminated the overwhelm and stress plagued by most moms
✨ I Get HOURS of “me” time each week without having my kids sit on TV or devices
✨ Created a home I love that takes minutes to clean each day
✨ Escaped laundry prison and no longer have piles of laundry everywhere
✨ Have energy to be an active present mom even with toddlers and babies
✨ Get more done in less time

After eliminating my mom stress for YEARS now, and

After eliminating my mom stress for YEARS now, and have taught thousands of other moms to do the same, here’s what I want you to know ↓

1. Yes this is real & possible
2. No it’s not hard, just new
3. Yes there is a strategy and specific tools I teach and use daily so it’s easy & works
4. You get out what you put in
5. The longer and more consistent with the tools I teach the more it works and the natural and easier it becomes
6. Yes it’s possible with babies & toddlers at home. It’s the exact spot I was when I started
7. Yes, thousands of other moms have been successful and seen results, some as quick as one week
8. No these strategies and changes are not rocket science, but many of them most moms just don’t think about using
9. I wish more moms were taught these skills and strategies early on, they are game changing!
10. These tools and strategies are changing the narrative of motherhood!🫶🏻🥹

I think often in motherhood we chalk a lot up to “this is motherhood” and because it is hard, we assume that everything about it must feel this way. Chaotic, stressful, overwhelming. So we don’t take action or make changes. We sit paralyzed.

Anything new feels hard and takes work. But the results are so worth it! I’ve been at this for years, but now I barely put 20 min a day in to cleaning or managing my home as a family of 6.

I’ve created a team environment so I’m not the only one carrying the entire load of my home and motherhood.

Will everything be perfect and easy once you’ve learned the skills? No. Nothing is perfect. But you bounce back faster. No longer stress about messes and can easily and quickly manage them. And to me, that’s beyond worth it.

If I was to start over and have kids again, I would 100% start with these tools and wish I had learned them all years before I did.

But forever grateful that I get to teach other moms to do this too🥹
