THE NON-NEGOTIABLE FIVE
(aka the exact shifts I made that changed everything in my home, energy, and mindset)

	1.	STRUCTURE > STRESS
I created daily routines for mornings, evenings, sleep, and even play. Less decision fatigue. More peace.

	2.	WAKE UP BEFORE THE CHAOS
Even 20 minutes before my kids gave me control of my mornings again. It’s not just a hack—it’s a lifeline.

	3.	TEACH TEAMWORK
Getting my kids involved with resets and home care gave me HOURS back. It’s not about perfection, it’s about participation, instilling in them early (as young as 2 years old), that our home runs on teamwork and everyone is a team player. Mommy doesn’t do everything alone.

	4.	WALK IT OUT + FUEL YOURSELF
Daily movement and high-protein meals helped me drop stress weight, regain energy, and stop feeling like a zombie. A healthy mom is a more present mom.

	5.	SLEEP IS A STRATEGY
No screen is worth the meltdown I’d feel the next day. I started prioritizing sleep like it was my job, and everything changed.

🤝🏼Nothing happens overnight.
Stick with the plan, not your mood.

Try these five things consistently over the next few weeks… and you won’t just see changes in your home—you’ll feel them in your body, mind, and soul.

✔️ Bite-sized routines that make your home run smoother—with less brain power

✔️ OLAD (One Load A Day) to end likes of laundry & overwhelm for good

✔️ Kid-approved strategies that actually get your kids to help & become team players. Bye bye feeling like Cinderella

✔️ Everyday mom hacks that work even with babies & toddlers

✔️ An easy-to-manage home that doesn’t require a minimalist lifestyle or buying more stuff

All built by a mom of four (including twins!) who was completely overwhelmed… until she created systems that saved her sanity.

(And what finally helped me go from drowning in chaos to a calm, functional home) ⬇️

	1.	DAILY 20-MINUTE RESET
It’s not about cleaning for hours. It’s about consistency. One simple reset each day keeps the mess manageable.

	2.	WAKE UP BEFORE YOUR KIDS
Not 2 hours early—just enough time to start the day on your terms. Peace before the chaos changes everything.

	3.	EFFECTIVE ROUTINES
Laundry, meals, and tidying don’t need to feel like a full-time job. I built habits that save me hours a week, and I teach them all in Genius Home Hacks.

	4.	A FUNCTIONAL HOME SETUP
You can’t clean what has nowhere to go. I stopped relying on bins and started making my home work with me, not against me. Easy enough for a 2 year old! (True story!)

	5.	REALISTIC SYSTEMS OVER TO-DO LISTS
If your list is longer than your arm, it’s not a plan—it’s pressure. I ditched the noise and created systems I could stick to no matter how busy the season.

🤝🏼 Nothing happens overnight—especially not with toddlers in tow.

I used to do everything while my kids just watched.
The cleaning. The dishes. The laundry.
Every night I’d collapse wondering why no one else cared about the house but me.

Until I realized the real problem wasn’t that they didn’t want to help…
It’s that I hadn’t taught them how to help.
I didn’t set clear expectations. I didn’t use the right language.
And I sure wasn’t setting up our home to be functional for little hands.

Now?
My kids reset rooms, handle their own laundry, and actually enjoy being part of our Sunday cleanups.

Let me save you the excuses and give it to you straight:
	1.	If your home isn’t functional, it’s always going to feel like a war zone.
	2.	If your expectations are unclear, your kids will default to “no.”
	3.	If you’re not setting timers or making it fun—you’re working harder than you have to.
	4.	You don’t need a chore chart. You need a system they understand.
	5.	Nagging doesn’t work. Scripts do.

No, it’s not magic. It’s routine, productivity tools, and realistic expectations.

Here’s what makes our resets work:
✔️ Everyone has a role (yes, even toddlers)
✔️ A visual timer = less resistance
✔️ Same time, same flow, & music to make it fun

When your home is set up to be functional, is easy to manage, & your kids know what’s expected, everything changes.

I didn’t want perfection, just a home that didn’t steal all my energy and leave my crying in the ground, hating being a mom and blaming my kids 🥲 (True story)

And what it gave me? More than I ever expected.

Here’s what an autopilot home has bought us:

⚡️ A happier marriage, because the stress and chaos didn’t consume us anymore

⚡️ Peaceful mornings without yelling or rushing

⚡️ Hot coffee and rest on the weekends (no more binge-cleaning marathons)

⚡️ More time to be present with my kids—no more saying “not right now” while I play catch-up

⚡️ The freedom to leave the house on a whim (no 2-hour prep chaos!)

⚡️ Calmer, cleaner rooms that feel like a reset, not a project

⚡️ Kids who help because they’re taught how to & it’s easy cuz the house is functional and easy to manage

⚡️ Predictable rhythms & routines that make laundry, meals, and resets feel light, easier & takes HOURS less time

⚡️ Mental clarity, no more brain fog, mental load, or decision paralysis where I get nothing done in my day

Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed by the chaos in your home?

Princeton did a study that showed the direct relationship to our environment (our home) and our stress levels. If your environment is messy and chaotic, you will be more stressed. 🤯

But there is hope! And some simple tools go a long way.

I remember when I was crying on my floor drowning in the chaos of my home with extreme stress with a baby and toddler.

I see this is so many other moms I coach now too. Struggling with the daily tasks of your home and motherhood.

I realized when I started making a few daily habit changes with my home, so much started to shift for me.

Grab my FREE checklist to transform your home today.
Here’s what you need to be doing instead⬇️🤯

Does decluttering help? Absolutely yes. And so many of us are trying to clear out our homes right now.

But it’s not the ROOT issue.

I shared this in my stories yesterday and so many had 🤯 moments.

If you just rely on once a year ruthless decluttering, the mess WILL ALWAYS 💯 come back.

Instead, You need to learn ROUTINES. And have decluttering / purging be one of your regular ROUTINES.

How do I know? Cuz I kept trying different things and it felt like nothing was helping. UNTIL THIS!!

I added ROUTINES to my day to get my home on autopilot.

This ONE change was game changing💃

Routines are easier for our brain. They become autopilot, things we naturally know to do once you create the habits.
This is important as a busy mom because you will use less brain energy and these tasks will naturally get done with minimal effort.

In the last 8 years I have:

〰️ Eliminated the overwhelm and stress plagued by most moms
〰️ I Get HOURS of “me” time each week without having my kids sit on TV or devices
〰️ Created a home I love that takes minutes to clean each day, even with four young kids at home
〰️ Escaped laundry prison with eliminating the piles of endless laundry
〰️ Have energy to be an active present mom even with toddlers and babies
〰️ Get more done in less time
〰️ Have my toddlers play for hours independently

But honestly. 4 kids all three and under, forced me to make changes, do things differently than other moms. “Winging” motherhood was no longer an option. I needed tools, systems, routines, a game plan.

This is EXACTLY why I created Genius Home Hacks guide.

Wanna learn exactly how I eliminated my mom stress, have an easy to clean and manage home on autopilot?🤯

✨Comment “HOME” and i’ll send you the link to my guide.

Ps. It’s exactly how this mom of two Littles calmed the chaos in her home too.

Listen, if you’re constantly cleaning while your Listen, if you’re constantly cleaning while your kids just watch… this one’s for you.

These 5 rules are the reason I’m no longer doing it all myself:

THE NON-NEGOTIABLE FIVE (creating team players in your home!)

	1.	NO MAYBES.
If you want your kids to help, stop asking & start giving clear direction. “Can you please come help me?” is a yes/no question. Use direct language and make it non-negotiable.

	2.	KEEP IT SIMPLE.
Color-coded chore charts? No thanks. A 20-minute room reset with music and a big visual timer? That works.

	3.	TEACH, THEN EXPECT.
Don’t assume your kids know how to help. Walk them through it (more than once). Expectation without training = frustration.

	4.	MAKE IT WORK FOR YOUR FAMILY.
My routines fit our rhythm. Stop trying to copy systems that don’t fit your life stage or energy levels.

	5.	THE 30-MINUTE RULE.
No more weekend clean-a-thons. I set a timer, we all help, and it’s DONE. Everyone contributes, no burnout for mom.

If you’ve been trying to carry the whole house on your back… stop. Let me show you how to build a teamwork family where everyone plays a role.

✨I packed every script, routine, and strategy into my Teamwork Is Light Work guide, and yes, even toddlers can help!

Tired of the frantic weekends of doing nothing but Tired of the frantic weekends of doing nothing but cleaning, I was too!

So I started doing this instead👇🏻

This may sounds extreme, but getting my home on autopilot, eliminating my mom stress caused by the chaos of my home, has been life changing for me as a busy mom of four kids, all close age gaps, with twins!

HERE’S HOW⬇️⬇️⬇️

I had a baby and a toddler and I was very stressed and my husband worked long hours.

One day when “trying” to put towels away with a baby on my hip and toddler at my feet, in an over stuffed linen closet I lost it. The towels fell to the ground and unraveled right in front of me. All that work completely wasted. I fell to the ground crying, overwhelmed, & angry.

I looked around my messy chaotic home, and realized it was my HOME that was causing me my overwhelm & stress and not my 2 young children like I thought.

I tried different things, like ruthless decluttering, reorganizing with fancy bins, and making huge long to do lists, but none of these things kept the mess away and worked. The mess came back.

UNTIL THIS!!!⬇️⬇️

I added efficient routines & productivity tools to create an easy to clean & functional home on autopilot.

This one change was game changing💃

Routines are easier for our brain. They become autopilot, things we naturally know to do once you create the habits.

And now I get to help other overwhelmed moms eliminate their stress, get their homes on autopilot, get more done in less time, and enjoy their homes more!
