Eliminate your stress in your home
▫️ Effective ROUTINES, Tools, Systems
▫️ 15k+ homes on autopilot ↓

Yes, I’m talking to you. 😉 If you’re the kind of Yes, I’m talking to you. 😉

If you’re the kind of mom who loves a good system, dreams of peaceful mornings, and wants her house to stop feeling like a full-time job… welcome. You’re in the right place.

hi, I’m Amy, and Here are a few things about me:

• I genuinely get excited about creating easy routines and helping other moms do the same (yes, really).

• I love a daily walk in a weighted vest

• I believe a peaceful home changes literally everything about your nervous system and your life.

• I can turn almost anything into a system if you give me 10 minutes and some coffee😉

• I’m a twin who had twins.

• I have four kids, short age gaps

• I help busy, overwhelmed moms eliminate chaos, eliminate their stress and mental load, and have an easy to clean, functional, & guest-ready home… even with kids, sports, homework, and life happening nonstop.

• I love my “job” and feel so dang lucky every day!

I’m so glad you are here!
THE POWER FIVE… (These aren’t tips. They are foun THE POWER FIVE…

(These aren’t tips. They are foundational shifts that transformed my home, & eliminated the stress & chaos, creating an easy to clean “guest ready” home on autopilot)

1. STOP WINGING
→ I stopped winging motherhood and managing my home and built intentional daily routines for my mornings & evenings that helped me get more done in less time and eliminate my stress.

Less winging. More peace. Progress over perfection. It’s not perfect, but everyday I’m making progress in my home so I rest on weekend not binge clean.

2. HOME RESETS
→ I use productivity tools like Race The Clock to quickly power through cleaning my home. Fast. Focused. No time wasted.

(➡️this part is huge!! Comment “HOME” for the full guide on exactly how I use daily resets & routines!)

3. FAMILY = TEAMWORK
→ I stopped doing it all alone. From age 2 and up, my kids learned to be team players. They reset, contribute, and have daily house chores. Mom is no longer Cinderella in this home.

4. WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER
→ I stopped spending hours in and out of stores each week. Time is money and is even more precious once you have kids. Having my groceries delivered, HomeChef, and Amazon subscriptions have saved my sanity and stress.

5. PLAN AHEAD
→ Having four kids in school, plus sports and all of the other activities a large family brings each week, I wouldn’t survive without my Sunday Reset Routine. Your smooth stress-free week starts here.

Nothing happens overnight.
Stick to the plan not your mood.

Try these five things consistently and you will start to see changes in your home.

And if you want to learn the skill that helped me turn chaos into an easy to clean home on autopilot, that takes you minutes to clean not hours. So you can Eliminate your stress, have HOURS back in your day and be the present active mom you’ve always wanted to be.

I took my home from chaos to autopilot without buy I took my home from chaos to autopilot without buying fancy bins, or ruthless decluttering for days. How?

I created simple daily routines that put my home on autopilot.
No more stress-cleaning during nap time. No more 3-hour resets. No more doing it all alone.

I made it a habit to spend 20 intentional minutes a day resetting key areas of my home.

Is it for everyone? No.

But if you’re tired of managing mess after mess and still feeling behind, you need a better system, not more hustle.

I’ve helped over 14,000 moms do this. And no, we’re not cleaning all day. And many would consider themselves naturally “messy”.

1. If your home is stuffed with clutter, no routine will save you.
But you don’t need to go full minimalist. You just need function over fluff. And yes, you can keep things you love!

2. This doesn’t happen overnight.
Your home didn’t get chaotic in one day, it won’t reset in one day either. Routines compound. Many have found freedom in 7 days!

3. If you don’t start the week ready, your week will feel stressed & chaotic.
You need a Reset Routine (I do mine on Sunday), your future self will thank you every single day.

4. If your home isn’t functional for your kids to help, you’ll keep doing everything yourself. Hello Cinderella!

Set it up so they can help. And then teach them how.

5. If your weekend is your catch-up day, you’re doing it wrong.
Weekends should be for rest, not recovery. Daily rhythms are what change that.

6. You don’t need to do a whole house reset.
Start small. One space. One rhythm. One win. Build from there. Otherwise you will get overwhelmed and give up.

7. No cute label, magic hack, or viral bin will save your sanity.
It’s about the routines & systems, not the containers!

I remember doing so many errands with my mom growing up. And I hated it.

They didn’t have a choice really. The services and conveniences we have didn’t exist for them.

And it often felt like there wasn’t time left over after errands, house, meals and work.

So now I get to give my kids a different experience.

I get to prioritize being present over busy.

Switching to online shopping for my groceries, household products, and Target pickup has saved me hours each week.

And the best part! It’s saved me thousands of dollars too.

Studies show that you spend less on your groceries and are more likely to stick to your list when you shop online.

Lots of extra money is spent on impulse purchases when you go into the store.

With four kids, short age gaps, and twins, it’s a no brainer.

The time I save not roaming store isles, I now spend on board games, backyard football games, & family bike rides.

1️⃣ Started doing one 20-minute reset a day
→ I used to think I needed hours to clean. Turns out, 20 minutes consistently racing the clock with a large visual timer, beats 3 hours occasionally.

2️⃣ Scheduled my robot vacuum like it’s my coworker
→ Floors stay clean without me even remembering it’s happening.

3️⃣ Put a self-serve breakfast station together for the kids
→ Now mornings run smoother, no more “Mom, where’s my spoon?”

4️⃣ Do one load of laundry, start to finish, daily
→ It’s a routine I’ll never stop doing.

5️⃣ Built simple routines & automations for everything
→ I stopped relying on memory and created a home that runs on autopilot. No more brain fog, invisible mental load, less resentment.

Now before you come at me, my entire house was not Now before you come at me, my entire house was not “guest ready”, but the most important seen areas were. You don’t want to look at my kids’ room right now🥴

We had a doozy of a weekend. Lots of kids stuff, sports, church stuff, celebrating birthdays, lots of fun, so managing my house was on the back burner.

I spent maybe 20 minutes all weekend attending to my home.

Here’s what I learned:

- having years of established routines paid off dividends this weekend.

- even when my life is crazy busy I know my bare minimum in my home and what I need to do to maintain a “guest ready” home. This helped me so much this weekend when I was hosting, but also super busy. I did NOT have any time to play catch up in my home.

- bouncing back is 1000% easier when you have an easy to clean & functional home using routines.

- I’m so thankful I never strived for perfection but for progress.

I’ve learned and mastered the tools needed to bounce back faster and easier, so I know it’s only a matter of minutes, not hours or days, to get things turned around for me.

Would you love to have an easy to clean & functional home too? A home on autopilot. That even when “life” happens and your weekend gets away from you, you spend zero effort on your home, it doesn’t look like a bomb went off?🤯

It’s possible and I’ve taught over 14,000+ other moms to do the same thing.

And now I wake up to messages like this almost every day.

“It’s been one week and your ideas have already changed my life”🥹🥹🥹🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I think the biggest aha moment most women have after getting my guide was “I didn’t think this was ever possible”.

It is so possible my friends, and feels so good. Life changing☺️
