Helping moms eliminate their stress
▫️Home on autopilot with Effective Routines

▫️Easier mom life starts here!👇

I don’t mean to be dramatic but eliminating my m I don’t mean to be dramatic but eliminating my mom stress caused by the chaos of my home with effective routines & producitivity tools, to create an easy to clean & functional home on autopilot, has been life changing for me as a busy mom of four kids, all close age gaps, with twins!

But first, comment “HOME” to get the link sent straight to your DM’s

HERE’S HOW⬇️⬇️⬇️

So here’s the backstory, before I had the twins, I was a very overwhelmed mom of a baby & toddler (18 mo apart). My husband worked a lot and I felt stressed.

One day when “trying” to put towels away with a baby on my hip and toddler at my feet, in an over stuffed linen closet I lost it. The towels fell to the ground and unraveled right in front of me. All that work completely wasted. I fell to the ground crying, overwhelmed, & angry.

I looked around my messy chaotic home, and realized it was my HOME that was causing me my overwhelm & stress and not my 2 young children like I thought.

I tried different things, like ruthless decluttering, reorganizing with fancy bins, and making huge long to do lists, but none of these things kept the mess away and worked. The mess came back.

UNTIL THIS!!!⬇️⬇️⬇️

I added efficient routines & productivity tools to create an easy to clean & functional home on autopilot.

This one change was game changing💃

Routines are easier for our brain. They become autopilot, things we naturally know to do once you create the habits.
This is important as a busy mom because you will use less brain energy and these tasks will naturally get done with minimal effort.

I created the Genius Home Hacks Guide.

To help other overwhelmed moms eliminate their mom stress, get their homes on autopilot, get more done in less time, and enjoy their homes more!

And now I wake up to messages like these almost everyday from other moms.

“Only a week in and your home hacks are game changing for me and my family”

“Game changer!! Love your systems and courses, Amy 🔥👏🏻🙌🏻❤️ I’ve been a die hard messy girl my whole life and my husband who is super tidy is like, who are you?! You’ve seriously changed my life, not to be dramatic haha”

Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed as a busy mom by the chaos in your home?

Feel like it’s impossible to have an easy to clean & tidy home? Especially with little children?

Princeton did a study that showed the direct relationship to our environment (our home) and our stress levels. If your environment is messy and chaotic, you will be more stressed. 🤯

But there is hope! And some simple tools go a long way.

I remember when I was crying on my floor drowning in the chaos of my home with extreme stress with a baby and toddler.

I see this is so many other moms I coach now too. Struggling with the daily tasks of your home and motherhood.

I realized when I started making a few daily habit changes with my home, so much started to shift for me.

Grab my FREE checklist to transform your home today.

But first make sure you are following me so you can see my DM I send you. If you aren’t following me first, you won’t be able to see it and get it.

Comment “CHECKLIST” and start transforming your messy home into a home that you love and is easy to clean and manage.
I used to think the answer was “do more.” Hust I used to think the answer was “do more.” Hustle harder, declutter again, stay up later, clean better…

But I was drowning, from 2 kids to 4 kids, including twins, winging motherhood with zero systems wasn’t working. It felt like I was the only one doing everything, all the time.

Until one day, in the middle of another chaotic afternoon, it hit me.

It wasn’t just the mess.

It was the way my home ran me, not the other way around.

And I was doing everything being Cinderella in my own home.

I needed a game plan, where the house was easy to manage, and the load was shared.

So I made one. And here’s what that home + teamwork setup “bought” us:l that you can’t buy on Amazon.

⚡️ Calm mornings where we all pitch in instead of panic
⚡️ Afternoons where the house resets itself in under 20 minutes
⚡️ Kids who are team players, because the systems teach them how
⚡️ An easy to clean home on autopilot
⚡️ A home that’s guest ready and often have the capacity to host and entertain
⚡️ Routines so efficient, weekends actually feel like rest and not binge cleaning and exhaustion
⚡️ A confident version of me who doesn’t resent the work
⚡️ Less yelling, more laughter
⚡️ Mental space and no more mental load
⚡️Eliminating your mom stress cuz your home is no longer chaotic
⚡️ Hosting without stress or spiraling
⚡️ A family culture of “teamwork is light work, because it is

This is what it really looks like when your home runs on autopilot and your family are all team players.

I used to dread traveling with kids… The packin I used to dread traveling with kids…

The packing, the snacks, the meltdowns, the forgotten everything.

Now? I’ve got a system.
✔️ Easy prep
✔️ Entertained kids
✔️ A smoother trip (start to finish)

Here are a few of my favorite mom-approved travel hacks that make our family trips way easier.

Comment TRAVEL for the full list of my favorite travel hacks that I love and swear by!!
Things didn’t go to plan. I was overwhelmed, ex Things didn’t go to plan.

I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and honestly just trying to survive each day with four little kids (including twins!).

I found myself lying on the ground crying after trying to put away folded towels in my linen closet.

I looked up, saw my home for what it was: chaotic, cluttered & messy, and decided right there in that moment I wasn’t living like this anymore.

I didn’t want perfection—just a home that didn’t steal all my energy and leave my crying in the ground, hating being a mom and blaming my kids 🥲 (True story)

And what it gave me? More than I ever expected.

Here’s what an autopilot home has bought us:

⚡️ A happier marriage—because the stress and chaos didn’t consume us anymore

⚡️ Peaceful mornings without yelling or rushing

⚡️ Hot coffee and rest on the weekends (no more binge-cleaning marathons)

⚡️ More time to be present with my kids—no more saying “not right now” while I play catch-up

⚡️ The freedom to leave the house on a whim (no 2-hour prep chaos!)

⚡️ Calmer, cleaner rooms that feel like a reset—not a project

⚡️ Kids who help because they’re taught how to & it’s easy cuz the house is functional and easy to manage

⚡️ Predictable rhythms & routines that make laundry, meals, and resets feel light, easier & takes HOURS less time

⚡️ Mental clarity— no more brain fog, mental load, or decision paralysis where I get nothing done in my day

⚡️ A confident, calm version of me my kids get to grow up with

⚡️ Feeling confident and able to host often. Some weeks hosting 4+ times and my house does spiral

⚡️ A home that serves our family instead of draining us

And it all started with a system. Effective routines. A better way to run the home.

If you’re tired of feeling like your house stresses you out and drains you, You’re not alone. And there is another way.

Want to see what changed everything for me?

2 years ago when all four of my kids started school, my weeks felt like a never-ending scramble.

We’re talking:
• Lunches for four
• Outfits, homework, activities
• Sports schedules, dinners
• ALL the regular life things

By Monday morning, I already felt behind.

So I created a Sunday Reset Routine—8 small things I do in under 2 hours that prep our home and my brain for the week ahead.

Now?
We start the week calm, not chaotic.
My house feels lighter.
And I’m no longer stress-cleaning on Monday morning.

Need that kind of reset? I’ve got you.

Here’s WHAT👇🏻 STOP making it a yes or no Here’s WHAT👇🏻

STOP making it a yes or no question.

Instead say “please come unload the dishes now please”.

Or: “please come start your laundry now please”

A yes or no question gives freedom to say “no”.

If you genuinely are ok with “no”, then carry on.

But if you are trying to tell your kids to come and do something and there is no option for “no”, “later” or “in a minute” you need to change how you say it.

Ready to stop feeling like Cinderella and start running your home like a TEAM?

Are you constantly the only one cleaning up messes and managing your home? While your kids claim they can’t help, or it slows you down, or whine so much it feels it’s not even worth it.

Here’s what you probably aren’t doing⬇️

➡️Your home is not set up to be functional. 🤯

➡️And you aren’t setting clear time expectations with a large visual clock for your kids.🤯

➡️You aren’t using the RIGHT language to create a teamwork family

➡️You aren’t teaching your kids how “SEE” the mess

These changes are a game changer for small kids.

I remember when I had newborn twins, plus a 3 yr old and 2 yr old at home.

My husband worked long hours and I would be home with four kids by myself all day.

I needed the “older” two to help me.

These changes made it was easy for my young 3 & 2 year old to be super helpful!

I then started using a large visual clock for when we did our Sunday Reset or doing cleanup after playing and it worked like magic.

I played fun music, was very clear in my expectation of what I needed from them, and gave them an understanding as to how long it would take.

Now, 7+ years later, my four kids have learned the value of having a “Teamwork is light work” family and I’m no longer Cinderella & Mommy is not doing everything.

I added efficient routines & productivity tools to get my home on autopilot.

This one change was game changing💃

Routines are easier for our brain. They become autopilot, things we naturally know to do once you create the habits.
This is important as a busy mom because you will use less brain energy and these tasks will naturally get done with minimal effort.

Fast forward 8 years…
I now have four kids (including TWINS), all ten yrs old and under, busier then ever but …

I have:
✨Eliminated the overwhelm and stress plagued by most moms
✨ I Get HOURS of “me” time each week without having my kids sit on TV or devices
✨ Created a home I love that takes minutes to clean each day
✨ Escaped laundry prison and no longer have piles of laundry everywhere
✨ Have energy to be an active present mom even with toddlers and babies
✨ Get more done in less time

I created my Genius Home Hacks Guide to help other overwhelmed moms and now I wake up to DM’s like these every day🥰

“Only a week in and your home hacks are game changing for me and my family”

“Amy’s hacks have helped calm our chaos!! Amy has absolutely mastered the art of the system & routines in the home.”

I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and honestly just tr I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and honestly just trying to survive each day with four little kids (including twins!).

I found myself lying on the ground crying after trying to put away folded towels in my linen closet.

I looked up, saw my home for what it was: chaotic, cluttered & messy, and decided right there in that moment I wasn’t living like this anymore.

I didn’t want perfection, just a home that didn’t steal all my energy and leave my crying in the ground, hating being a mom and blaming my kids 🥲 (True story)

And what it gave me? More than I ever expected.

Here’s what an autopilot home has bought us:

⚡️ A happier marriage, because the stress and chaos didn’t consume us anymore

⚡️ Peaceful mornings without yelling or rushing

⚡️ Hot coffee and rest on the weekends (no more binge-cleaning marathons)

⚡️ More time to be present with my kids—no more saying “not right now” while I play catch-up

⚡️ The freedom to leave the house on a whim (no 2-hour prep chaos!)

⚡️ Calmer, cleaner rooms that feel like a reset, not a project

⚡️ Kids who help because they’re taught how to & it’s easy cuz the house is functional and easy to manage

⚡️ Predictable rhythms & routines that make laundry, meals, and resets feel light, easier & takes HOURS less time

⚡️ Mental clarity, no more brain fog, mental load, or decision paralysis where I get nothing done in my day

⚡️ A confident, calm version of me my kids get to grow up with

⚡️ Feeling confident and able to host often. Some weeks hosting 4+ times and my house doesn’t spiral

⚡️ A home that serves our family instead of draining us

And it all started with a system. Effective routines. A better way to run the home.

If you’re tired of feeling like your house stresses you out and drains you, You’re not alone. And there is another way.
